Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum Education and Visitor Center Model
In connection with the Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum’s ongoing construction project, two graduate students from the Master of Architecture program at the University of Hartford were engaged to create a 3D model of the Museum’s soon-to-be Education and Visitor Center.
The two 4th year students are Andrew Petersen of New Jersey and Giancarlo Cano of Queens, NY. Their professors are Seth Holmes (Architecture Graduate Program Director and Associate Professor of Architecture), and Julie Chen (Adjunct Professor; Woodshop and Digital Fabrication Lab Manager).
We contracted them to complete the 3D model to include the Webb House and Deane House (in lesser detail) and the new addition and courtyard (in more detail), along with the adjacent garden. The model’s unveiling took place in February 2020.
