Please join us for Lecture & Luncheon, a new series of gatherings across our four NSCDA-CT Areas! Our August 8th gathering, hosted by an Area 4 Dame in Wilton, will feature a fascinating presentation by Charlotte Engel, Clothing Historian at the New Canaan Historical Society. Charlotte is a 2019 graduate of the St Andrews William & Mary Joint Degree Programme in history and has an extensive following on TikTok, where she chronicles her curatorial work with the NCHS costume collection.
The Program and Areas Committees have joined forces with Webb Deane Stevens Museum Staff to present brief talks by emerging and established scholars in American history, decorative arts, and fashion, followed by luncheons graciously hosted by NSCDA-CT members.
All Dames and their guests are welcome to attend these events, regardless of their home Area. The cost per event is $35/person.
Please click here to RSVP. Online registration is preferred, but those who need to pay by check should contact Sam Lee at [email protected] or (860) 529-0612 x108 to confirm availability of seating.
